Palolem Beach is located 2 kilometres western side of Chaudi, Canacona district in south Goa. This beach used to be one of the few virgin beaches around Goa, yet to be discovered by travellers and tourists, several years ago.

Margao is just 37 kms away from Palolem Beach. If you travel by road, you go to Margao City first, and then take a taxi to Palolem Beach. If you travel by air, the nearest airport will be at Dabolim. From Dabolim airport, you take a taxi and go direct to Palolem Beach. If you travel by rail, Margao City has its own railroad station. From the train station at Margao City, you can take a taxi to Palolem Beach.
