Ramgarh is a small but appealing hill station located on the way to Mukteshwar and is famous for sharing space with beautiful orchards. The scenic beauty of this hill station is enough to spellbind your interest.

Located at an altitude of 1789 m, Ramgarh is one of the most alluring tourist destinations of Nainital District in Uttaranchal. The amusing weather conditions and peaceful environment are capable of attracting tourists from different corners of the world. The place is perfectly laced with beautiful mountain views, dawn and dusk views and mesmerizing orchards.
 
History of Ramgarh
The place was once the visiting place of British people, who set up their cantonment area in this hill station. Since then, it has become an admirable tourist spot.

  • Ramgarh is famous for its orchards, where variety of fruits like apples, peaches and apricots are grown. It is a nice experience to visit these orchids.

Ramgarh is located at a distance of 26 km from Nainital. The area lies in Kumaon division of state of Uttaranchal. To be more specific, this beautiful hill station finds its location at Bhowali-Mukteshwar Road.

  • Nearest Railway Station: The nearest railway head is located at Kathgodam, which is at a distance of 35 km from Nainital.
